Does anyone know if you are allowed to change who your coach is? I never hear from mine since they showed me how to order. I think that's unfair to get stuck with someone who doesn't help you at all or stay in contact with you. Thanks for your help!:stars:

I wish I knew how to pick a new coach. I really need one to call me and keep me accountable. I'm trying to find a list of coaches in my state, but I don't think that's available. I've also tried youtube. I'm at a loss.

The home office did email me the paperwork to get a new coach. I guess I'm just going to have to trust them with a choice. I wish there was a way to find other people in my area doing Medifast and TSFL.

Does anyone know where I can get any of this information????

I got a new coach this week but haven't talked with him yet. Hopefully I will have a better experience this time around. If not... this is not what it's cracked up to be.

I have usually found that in weight loss clinics, etc. They just want your money. They aren't really there to "help" you and keep you going to lose the amount you need to lose AND keep it off! It's fairly easy to lose it, but SO difficult to maintain and keep it off!
