Few days in
Hey
I think because Im having one meal of vegetables its not too bad - I've felt ok, a bit cold - the temptation thing is really hard; its not the structure, its the spontaneous thing of feeling hungry and having a glass of water or a cup of tea rather than a snack.
What do you do - does the structure and routine become easier? Do you do the 2 snack approach that some people are talking about - I'm wondering if that will help with the spontaneous cravings I seem to be getting.
