Optifast

I was just wondering who on here has done Optifast. How long were you on it? What side effects did you have? How much weight did you lose? What was/is the hardest part for you? If you are off of it, did you maintain the weight loss with following the plan?

I start 1/8/15 and just looking for some other people to relate to.
