Why am I breaking out? - Medifast Day 4

Hello all, I was wondering if any of you have experienced break outs on your face from starting a weight loss program like medifast? It's not super bothersome and I'm drinking tons and tons of water but I don't know why this is happening....

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated, thanks!!

I'm on Ideal Protein and am breaking out and it's 2 weeks in and I can tell that for me it's the sucralose - when I don't have it my face is better.
