I can't do the three shakes a day, it is too much for me. I tend to have a shake in the AM, followed up with a shake in mid morning, followed up with Spicy Mac or something like that and a snack bar. Dinner, then sometimes, dessert. I do make sure to keep my calories and proteins in line as if I was having the extra shake and the dessert I sometimes skip. I two hard boiled egg whites or add two ounce to my lean meat at dinner. And have extra veggies to get that fiber so I don't clog up.
the shakes aren't as important as you'd think. It is still calories in vs calories out. There are substitutes that work, if the shakes are too much. I know they were for me.
