Soy Free Wonderslim or other brand meal replacements?
 

hi all,

I am currently on Medifast but am compiling a list of Wonderslim, Bariwise, etc food supplements that are not soy protein based. I plan to use them in maintenance for more variety. I am trying to stay away from the soy based meals. I don't mind if a food has soy lecithin or traces, I just would like ideas for prepackaged foods that have a different protein source... not soy ( but milk, egg, whey, etc are okay). Any ideas? I am looking at the diet direct website but have to check each label which gets tedious.
