I am getting started with my medifast plan tomorrow and was just wondering if there are people who have achieved success without a coach/support group? Would love to hear your experiences.

I have lost 17 lb in 2 weeks so far without a coach. I do have a few friends that are currently with a coach. which is great because we help each other out.
