For those using opti/medi fast program.

Im doing 1 shake every 3hrs then 1 meal in the evening. Do you continue drinking the shakes after the meal late into the evening? Or is the meal the last thing you take in for the day?

Asking because I find myself up till 2am many nights. Wondering if I should continue shakes after my meal usually around 6pm.

I space my meals out so I can have something after dinner. I'm always up more than 3 hours after dinner, so I'd be going to bed very hungry if I didn't.

I am using 3 Optifast 800 products daily, plus one regular dinner. I normally save my dinner serving of fruit and have it later at night with either skim milk or a non-fat yogurt, which my nutritionist said is OK to do. I eat so many low calorie veggies at dinner that I am not hungry enough to eat my fruit and dairy serving at the same meal.

7am black coffee
8am MF meal
10am MF meal
noon MF meal
3pm MF meal
6pm dinner (Lean & Green meal)
8pm MF meal
