Any other Diet Chef-ers?

Hi all!

I'm on the Diet Chef diet right now and have lost 7lbs in 4 weeks on it (would have liked to lose more though :()

Just wondering is anyone else is on DC and how they've been finding it. Any tips/tricks on increasing weight loss or any great recipes they know that can be added to the diet???
