Anyone using ALMASED shakes?
 

I tried Almased shakes for a little while but turned to Eat to Live, instead. For me the amount of sugar (and, yes, honey is sugar) and calories in the shakes ultimately didn't make sense. I found myself feeling far more satisfied eating generous portions of vegetables. I felt full and satisfied after a meal and consumed fewer calories overall. That's just my experience.

I have not tried them, but I have always like the shakes from Unjury. They were made for people that had the by-pass surgery so that they could get their nutritional needs in especially protein.
My sister had this surgery and I tried it and lost weight fast with it.
Just can't afford it at this time or I would be using it.
