All of these programs are rather expensive, aren't they?
I dont know about all of them but Nutrisystem ranges from 229 per month to 309 per month with the autoship option, no shipping...thats for 28 days of food plus for the first 3 months if you sign up for autoship they send you a weeks worth of food free each of the first 3 shipments, and you can customize the meals selected including the free ones. For me its a good program because you get support and encouragement that is helpful...plus you get taught how much to eat and when to eat...they dont focus on "calories" but on types of food and amounts of food eaten
I tried nutrisystem once about 5 years ago. It was horrible, nasty....like eating military meals in those packets. Ladies, you can save your money and just eat healthy fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and lean proteins. I lost almost 80 pounds by just changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I have kept it off over 2 years too. Exercise is key as well. I run about 20 miles a week and cross train about 18 miles a week. It works....and fresh food tastes best. This is just my honest opinion.
