Hi...

I found out that eDiets has a Biggest Loser Meal Delivery program. I've heard eDiets is a good program, never tried them. When I called the information number they said that there is a 5 day program and a 7 day program with free shipping. I am thinking about trying the 5 day program and seeing if I like it. They said there are optional additional dairy and fruit exchanges too that I would purchase on my own from a supermarket.

Has anyone had any luck with this or know anyone who has tried this program?

It's a new year and I want to get this weight off!!
