Family Bariatric shakes and supplements
Hi, all - I've been wondering about Family Bariatrics products and if they are similar to Wonderslim and Medifast. I've found a full diet on the website, and their list of shakes, puddings, bars, etc, seems similar in nutritional info to the others, but the prices are a bit cheaper.
If anyone has tried these products, could you let me know your rate of weight loss and any reviews on their products?
I'm looking at just following their plan for 1000 calories a day with:
One shake/pudding for breakfast
One shake/pudding/bar for snack
One shake/pudding and one bar for lunch
Meal consisting of lean meat, 2 veggies, and a starch for dinner
One shake/pudding and one bar for evening snack
