Default 4 Days of Medifast???

I was going through the pantry today and found my medifast from last year. I started it, but didn't finish the full month's worth because because because. I'm thinking of doing it for 4 days to kickstart my weight loss, would that work or would I have to do a full month? I don't want to do it, lose a bunch of water, and mess with my metabolism for no reason. I also don't want to throw it away because that stuff is expensive.

What do you guys think, would it be worth it to do it for just 4 days?

Honestly probably not. It takes about 3 days to get into ketosis, so the first 3 days would be terrible then you would be switching back over from your body using fat as fuel to carbohydrates as fuel.

Maybe you could do one of the modified plans as part of your first weeks of starting your dieting, or just use the items as "to go" when you have nothing else to go to. Best of luck on your journey!
