DIY Version of Jenny and Nutrisystem

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has done thier own version of Jenny or NS using frozen meals etc. If so please let me know what your plan was and how successful it has been. Im not sure of the calorie counts for Jenny or NS so I need help figuring out how to plan this out. Thanks!
