Default HMR meals

my husband and I started HMR diet yesterday. the problem? I HATE the meals. the bars are amazing and the shakes are good, but the meals? I can't stomach them.

can I substitute Lean Cuisine meals as long as they're the same number of calories (like 250)?

I really want to continue the diet and lose weight with my husband...but ARGH! thanks!

I tried this with New Lifestyle diet and did not lose drastically. Bc of no ketosis, so I think HMR is simlar, ytou probably have a 30 day money back and you can probably exchange for more shakes and bars, which is what i did!!!

Been doing HMR off and on for 15 months. The meals are not the greatest. There are only 4-5 that I like. However, yes... you need to stick to HMR only products to remain "in the box".

I look at it this way - I need to stop seeking pleasure from food. Food is fuel, nothing more. It's not entertainment, comfort, or friendship. If its not delicious, that's ok. (just my outlook)
