Hi there. Does anyone have difficulty working with NS technical support? I haven't been able to access the discussion boards in 2 weeks on that site. I keep getting a vBulletin error message. I called and emailed tech support and all I'm told is the usual "we're aware and we're working on it".

It's so frustrating! Glad I found this site.

I've been on NS for 3 months and lost 25.4lbs. I don't want to lose momentum, ya know?
