6 months of abstinence
 

Hooray! I celebrated my 6 month milestone today. It's hard to believe that It's been 6 months since I ate between planned meals, or over ate, or compulsively ate, or ate dessert.

It doesn't feel like a painful long time. It doesn't feel like I've been going without forever. It's so very different from a diet.

Feels great.
