stuck on step 8
 

Hi guys.
I've been feeling stuck these last few days. I'm having trouble moving forward with my list of people that I've harmed. I don't know if I'm blocking it, not surrendering to it, afraid of it, or what. My list is short, and unlike the previous steps, I'm not feeling motivated to put my whole self into the process. :?:

Other than that sticking point, I'm feeling great about the program :D . My abstinence is clean, my food plan is working for me, the weight is coming off, and I'm feeling better about many, many parts of my life.

Hugs Marny! Maybe your list really is short :) That would be a good thing! I know that you already know this, but pray about it and take your time and it will come! It is wonderful that you are feeling so great about everything else. You are definitely on the right track.

I'm still working on step 8, and it's going slow. However, I'm moving forward an inch at a time, and that's a lot better than not moving forward at all. Thanks for the vote of confidence water!
