90 Days Abstinence!
 

Woo Hoo! I'm at 90 days. Unbelievable. No binges, no trigger foods, no eating between meals. Instead I've felt secure, happy, and free. It hasn't been easy every day...especially while traveling. But, I used my tools and prayed.

And here's some news for you...
In the last 3 months I've lost 22 lbs. :D

Marny, get OUT!?!? Oh, my gosh, girl! You mean if I stick to my allowed food, I could lose 22 pounds!? :lol:

Thanks ellis. I told my inlaws yesterday. After they rejoiced with me, my father in law looked at me sheepishly and said, "Gee, it took me a year to lose 18 lbs. What gives?" I didn't say what gives is OA--maybe I should have.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Bravo Marny! That is incredible! 90 days is OUTSTANDING! The weight loss is great too! I am so, so proud of you!
