Staying abstinent...means sharing

How is life treating you? I have been recovering from compulsive eating for almost a year and I feel wonderful. The compulsion has left me and I don't really even miss eating sugar. It is so wonderful to know that the OA program works if you really work it. Drop me a line if you have any questions.
