What does your abstinence look like?
I'm not new to this site but new to this particular forum - and I'm just wondering if anyone would be willing to share your abstinence plan?

My abstinence plan is that I don't eat between planned meals, and I don't eat my trigger foods. That's it. :-) |
Mine is basically the same as Marny's. I don't eat between planned meals (3 meals a day), but I will have a V8 if I get very hungry between meals (being extra hungry may lead to overeating so I dampen that feeling with a V8 if necessary). I don't eat anything that I know is sugary because that is my big trigger.
