Hi so...
Im really new... like five minutes ago sort of new... and I just wanted to get myself out there.. I'm 16. I weigh about 145 which is probably nothing to complain about but for someone whos 5'5" its not so great, especially for someone my age. However Im very active... I go to the gym almost everyday and run about two miles.. I luv basketball.. I just love eating too! haha Tomorow my mom and I are starting the special K challenge and I hope it works cuz i would love to be a size 7/9!!! Well I will keep anyone whos interested updated.. I was like you... very active during high school and college (I ran every day), but I ate everything in sight! :rolleyes: Fortunately, or maybe not, I didn't have a weight loss issue until I was in my mid-twenties, when the exercising starting going downhill, and the eating continued. You're right... you probably don't have a lot to lose, but you're a smart young woman to address your eating issue now, before it becomes something that'll haunt you for many years. I think it's great that you're doing a challenge with your mom. :) I wish you and your mom the very best... :grouphug: Yes, please keep us posted!! |
