Default Food Plan for 5/23

b - the usual (oats, butter, creamer, a fruit, pineapple today)
l - homemade wrap, celery, sun chips
s - cottage cheese, strawberries, triscuits
d - hoppin john (yes again) collards
s - snack bar

- 2 coffees w/skim milk
- yogurt
- chili
- slips ups, but I threw some of the junk food away before I could eat it all.
