I am new to this sight. Does anyone know about the gray sheet?
Also i am looking for a healthy eating program that works for us complusive overeaters. I don't have the money to go to a nutrients.

Jane, from what I heard in meeting, the grey sheet used to be used, but is no longer specifically recommended. In our meetings, they say to take it slowly. Start with eating only 3 meals a day, no snacking in between. Then try taking away sugar. Eventually, take away flour. Still, OA doesn't specifically recommend one plan over another anymore.

You have lots of resources at your fingertips here at 3FC...have you thought about looking at the diet reviews here?

I use the food pyrmid as a tool to plan my meals. I too do not have the money to go to a specialist. I also talk to other OA's (at my meetings) to get an idea of what they are eating too.
OA just came out with a new pamphlet called "Dignity of Choice" which outlines different food plan options. It can be purchased through their website, or you can pick it up at a meeting (I believe the Burr Ridge meeting carriers literature)
As far as Gray Sheets, you might want to look up their website on line for local meetings.
