looking for accountability
 

Day 1 and trying something different, looking to use this as an accountability tool.

Years back I used a forum and it worked great.

Weigh in this evening at 180 and would like any weightloss number.
I am not even sure of a goal weight... 172, 168, 156. Not sure I just know where I am feels less than amazing!

Hi Smilepretti1! I need some accountability again as well, and this place helped me a few years ago. Now I am back! I admire you for taking the first hard step!

So far so good. Weighed in today at 175, joined this site and purchased the Beck diet and the book is amazing. Did not give into cravings and my husband is on board. This is a good thing. I have not been this focused in along time.
Spent 45 minutes in prayer asking for help and this is what I got!!

Accountability missing in my life
 

Need daily help to activate accountability…..
can’t buy stuff because I will eat it all
being alone has me stalking the kitchen for anything
if there is nothing”good” I will overeat on anything..for example saltines..not one or two or a serving, but and entire sleev of them…and I rarely stop there. And afterward, feel physically horrible and mentally hating me!
I feel like I am a mess.
I had lost all weight and kept it off for quite a while…Allstate year has found me gaining and gaining..and doing crazy diet stuff .
