New and Curious

  • Hi there to whomever is around these parts! I'm a newbie and doing well exercising, using portion control, lots of fiber but I'm very curious about OA. I truly believe that I do have an addiction to food and I'm considering looking into meetings. At one time they had some in my area but I'm leaning more towards an online meeting.
    Is there any general advice someone can give me about OA?
