looking for a HOW Sponsor
 

Anyone available to be a HOW sponsor? I have been in and out of the program for years and could really use help getting abstinent.

Please no unsolicited advise about HOW, just info on sponsors. thanks

Go to a how meeting, either face-to-face or online. My preference is face-to-face, but for some that isn't possible. You can look them up on the OA webpage. Look for meetings that are designated HOW. Another group that is more strict is the 90 day groups. They might have a lot of HOWers as well.
