I need help

Ive finally 100% given up trying to fight this on my own. I dont understand my behaviors. I am a binge eater. I started binging about 8 years old. I am now 37. my weight is getting in the way of happiness and physical comfort. The binge fog, and exhaustion almost ruined my college efforts. My body hurts. I am embarassed. I am obssessed with food and my weight and my misery. That being said the rest of my life is going good?! Go figure.

This is a great place for support. I would suggest finding some professional help, and use 3FC for a sounding board. You are going to do great :)
