What helps you be successful in OA?
 

Hi everyone...

I am on the last question of Step 2 and it says, I think to see what has helped others be successful in OA and stay on plan or something like that. I have asked one member of OA who said "do the same thing everyday" and someone else shared in a meeting to "follow the food plan." What else helps you? I would love to hear your experience, strength and hope!
