Hi everyone,

I am new here, have been to a few OA meeting about a year or so ago, just today had an overwhelming 'urge' to attend a meeting and have found one fairly near me for tonight.

Not feeling great, in a 'food fog' and suffering from deppresion, desperate to get my eating sorted out once and for all.

Have really enjoyed reading all the posts.
