I am 11 days abstinent

Today I am 11 days abstinent. I have been doing lots of the oa phone meetings and they help me so much.
I am so grateful that today I am not out there struggling and grasping for a diet to fix me- or even worse trying to fix and cure myself from my terrible compulsive overeating

Way to go! Nothing taste as great as abstinence feels!

Isn't it great to wake up abstinent every morning? With HP, the steps and the help of others we can continue to do what we could not do alone.
