does anyone have the purple or golds food break down portions and sizes and foods for la weight loss. I was on it back in 03-04 and lost weight great but now after having my third child I'm having a hard time getting back to my shape I once loved please help !

If you do the take off you can use 4 oranges a day with a glass of water or cantelope since LA is out of business and you can't get the take off. I was allergic to the take off, so I did the oranges. It worked fine.

Since LA is out of business I am pretty sure you could use the Fiber one bars or the Pria Protien bars as the la lites.
