    I will connect with my HP often so I can accomplish the important things today that He wants me to do and slow down the list in my head.

    Stomach hungry, that is, not "my mouth is craving ....."hungry
    And I will stop eating when my hunger is satisfied, not when I'm ready to explode.

    just for today I will eat 1600 calories or less
  • just for today on this Sunday I will walk on the treadmill at least a mile.
  • For monday jan 26, 09:

    just for today, i will eat <1600 calories.
    I will do my indo board for at least 5 minutes in the morning.
  • Just for today:

    I will check my temp every hour like I'm supposed to...
  • Just for today, i will do my gazelle for 30 mins, followed by my Indo board for 30mins.

  • Kaebea, I finally had to look up Indo board as I didn't know what it was, it looks hard to me but then I'm 66!

    I saw it at a surf shop up at lake Erie this summer and i was just so intrigued by it! a few months later i ended up getting one off ebay! Love it

    I will do my yoga DVD
    and i will eat <2000 calories.
  • Just for today, i will finish out the day with just a small salmon salad, and herbal coffee to stay within my calorie range.
    (I also have already done my swimming-woohoo )
