How is everyone?
How is everyone doing? I miss seeing the post here and sharing esh.
I'm still abstinent for which I'm very grateful. I still make a food plan and send it to my sponsor in the mornings and make sure I have the food available. I've now added daily exercise to my physical program too. Step work I'm on step four and seems I've been there a long time but giving mysel a break about that as have had "life" happening during this time that has required a lot of attention. Spiritually I'm learning about meditation and that is very interesting to me so far. I'm also staying more connected with my HP during the day and remembering to ask before I act now sometimes. Program meetings are not available in my town so I've been attending AA meetings. I'm taking steps to start an OA meeting here so really have been looking for direction from HP for that, it's a scary thing for me. So that's how I am having some life ups and downs but the program is teaching me how to deal with them rather than react to them. looking forward to hearing from every one else. Hey Pat,
It's great to hear from you. It may just be me, but when you use a huge font, I feel like I'm being yelled at. I would really appreciate a smaller font. There are probably folks out there who have a hard time reading the smaller font on the screen, and may even appreciate it-- but, I'm putting my honest feelings out there. |

So wonderful to hear from you. I would love more sharing on this forum too. I have terrible eye sight so the font helps me.... I'm abstinent today. My next goal is to do some phone meetings that are listed on the oa.org site. Has anyone done them?????? A big hug to Marny and Patd and everyone else |
