My First Easter in OA
 

Well I did it!
I kept my abstinence during Easter. I did not have any foods on my red list. (I won't list any foods here because I know it might be a trigger for some of my fellow COEs).
This is the first Easter I can ever remember that I didn't have a "sugar hangover" on Monday morning.
I ate 3 wonderful meals with healthy foods and portions. I did not sneak food, I did not pick at my plate, I did not feel resentful toward others who could sanely eat what I cannot, I did not overeat.
I am grateful for my program, my Sponser and Sponsees. We hold hands through the good and bad times because no one understands me like they do.

Thanks Bumps. I also had a good day and the amazing part was that the sweets seemed to have lost their ability to call out to me and hang out in my head.
