A lightbulb moment for me...
 

I went to a meeting last night, and something someone said to me, set off an orchestra of lights in my head. She said......"I dont eat foods that talk to me"

WOW! Broccoli never ever talks to me!! Oh, but some of that other stuff out there sure does. It even helps me plan when and where I am going to eat it.

What to do? "Dont talk back"

LOL! When I first read "food that talks to me" I laughed.. but it really makes sence.
I swear chocolate talks to me.. now I won´t answer!!

I swear choclate and any type of carbs. talks to me too!

That is such an awesome phrase! I'm really going to try to think about that when figuring out what to eat.

Awesome. I've always heard that it's my disease talking to me, but I like the idea of the food talking too. Sometimes I hear more than one voice in my head anyway...
