On the Road Again
 

Hi All,
Thank you so much for responding to my Achy, Breaky, post. All better now.
We had the most wonderful visit with our Granddaughter and her Dad Tim. We really love him so much. What at great Dad he turned out to be.
My Sponsor signed off on my Step 3 and I am on to Step 4. My weight in date is on the 10 and although I am not happy or looking forward to it I will weigh in as promised. I think this might sound funny, but it feels as if my "insides" are healing. I used to have so much stomach discomfort, bloating, nausea and inside I felt well, sick!
Now I am just starting to feel.. well, feel fine.
This is so incredible.

I am so glad you feel like you are getting better - it is such an encouragement to OA newbies like me to know about the emotional, physical and spiritual healing that other people further ahead in the programme are experiencing.

bumps--you are such an inspiration. I love the way you're living your program. I can see such growth from you. It makes me feel like those OA promises are being met in your life and it gives me hope for myself. :)
