Oh IRL group

There is no OA in my area, at least I don't think there is. Any advice?

Did you check the www.oa.org site to see if there are any local meetings?

You can order the books from the oa website or amazon. I recommend:

-The 12 Steps and Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous
-Workbook for 12 steps and Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous
-Abstinence

You can also attend online meetings at www.therecoverygroup.org
They have meetings every three hours around the clock. The also have 24 hour recovery chat.
