My first week without binging
And I feel so much lighter!
Not in my weight, but in my mind. I feel so much more free. I don't have to think about food constantly and its so much easier than binging. I feel healthier and happier. I've made a note of this in my diary so that the next time I get a craving I can remember that binging doesn't make me happy - abstaining makes me happy. I would normally weigh in tomorrow, but I am following the doctors advice and am only weighing monthly from now on. This should help me become less focused on weighing (I used to weigh everyday). Thank you guys for having me the past week - reading over the old posts has really helped me. Hope you are all doing well, thinking of you all  |
Congrats! :)
I find reading the posts here help too. I made this my HomePage on my computer and really missed it over the weekend while I was out of town. |
Yay! Congratulations to you. :) Enjoy your new freedom. I know it's hard to believe, but it just gets better from here--you've only just scratched the surface! :)

Hurray! I can so relate to the feeling of freedom! It's amazing to not spend the whole day thinking about food!

I hope you can get through another week.....me too! I am a big binge eater and out of control. It is comforting to see others in my boat. I guess we just tell ourselves we can do it!!!!
