I went to my second OA meeting last night. There were alot more people there this time. It went really good. I asked a lady there to be my sponsor who I feel is living through her recovery. I haven't went to bed yet, but so far..I had my 3 meals today..and that was all!! They weren't horribly large or even real unhealthy..so I am proud!! I stayed away from my binge foods too! Thanks so much for all the support.
