Looking For Some Keto/Primal Baking Recipes
 

I really need to come up with a good bread or muffin (maybe pancake???) substitute. There are SOOOOOOO many muffin/bread/oopsie recipes on the web, I'm afraid of wasting my ingredients!!! I'd trust you guys, though.

I've got coconut flour, almond meal (which I'm totally okay with running through the processor and turning fine), arrowroot flour and of course cream, coconut oil, butter, eggs, baking soda, spices, etc.
