Lean For Life by Cynthia Stamper Graff
I am trying to save my sister-in-law, she is 4' 10" and weighs 370 lbs. She has been to the DR and told she has enlarged heart, plus two leaky valves. She isnt doing very good. She was on this diet about 10 years ago, and lost a lot of weight. She has moved and lost the diet. I was wondering if anyone out there would have just a copy of the weight loss program. I would so appreciate it. This is my last chance at trying to save her. She said she would get back on it if I could find a copy. Thank you so much for listening. Tania
