Metabolism miracle - any of you out there?

I just started Metabolism Miracle a week ago. I'm very discouraged. I know I wasn't suppose to weigh myself but I did and NO weight loss ! Metabolism B is me to a T. I need to lose 20Lbs. How are you doing with it?

Glad to hear from someone out there. As it says 2 weeks is when you should see results, I would guess in the next day or two you would see some lbs lost. Also its quite possible you may have lost inches instead of lbs.Have you included yourself in the Jan/Feb Challenge spreadsheet? If not I can send the thread info. I seem to have lost 2 lbs, could have been better if I did not take it easy during the birthday lunch for my MIL, ate at a Chinese/Japanese buffet somewhat responsibly. Hope we have a better week this week :).

I have been on it for 5 weeks now. I have lost 14 pounds, and i feel better than i ever have before. I am at a stand still right now, thinking that i am not eating enough cause sometimes i miss eating 5-6 times a day and only eat 3 times. Have 20 more pounds that i would like shed, because i was "pre-diabetic". Would recommend to anyone who needs to stablize there eating, and also their blood sugars.

I just started Metabolism Miracle on Saturday, March 24. I can't believe that I'm not craving carbs or sugar! I'm a sugar aholic!!!

I hope I'm following the plan correctly. I think my saving grace is I get to eat my ever-favorite NUTS!!!
