Hi there! I'm on my first day of a slightly modified South Beach diet plan and I'm wondering if there is anyone else here who is following that plan (or a variation of it) or who has followed the plans.
This could possibly be a place where we could discuss how we're doing, hear about success stories, any struggles...anything at all!
