How about if you just accept that it's gone and move forward without missing it too much! Yay for missing pounds!

Frankly, I wouldn't miss it at all if part of my butt was MIA

Talking Still losing, thus winning! :)

OK, after my 2nd day of doing the mini-meal approach, (see my posting yesterday, Sat 7/6) I dropped 2 more lbs, making a total of 5.5lbs in 2 days!
Just gotta lose 1.5 more lbs to be back down to 204, my low point so far on the BFC before I started packing the pounds back on.

I am pleased, if hungry! LOL. My energy is fine w/ this approach, but my tummy wants MORE!

Angry Gain back...

Two pounds back on, so much for my crowing in success.

I think it's coz I had my food later in the day, finishing w/ my last mini-meal at 10 pm and snacked on peanuts later...

Kalisa, its most likely water weight. It is always different in am to pm.
Don't worry you are doing fine. Are you drinking your water and taking calcium. It will help with the water weight.

Thanks! I'll focus more on water, and start taking calcium. I didn't know that helped! (hope, hope...)

I agree about the water... And be sure you're getting enough fiber in your carb count.

TJ's has some dry roasted Australian macadamia nuts which are very high in fiber. And today, I found some dry roasted edamame (brand is Feng Shui)... Serving size 1/4 cup, total carbs 9g, fiber 7g, sugars 1g. YUMMO!

Here's a funny - My husband and I embraced this lifestyle change 2 1/2 weeks ago. My husband accidentally bought Sweetened Almond Milk. After just a couple sips this morning he declared that the milk was "way too sweet" and "I'm sorry but I'll have to pour that out!" I told him how funny i thought that was and asked him how he would feel about drinking a Mountain Dew!. I had been feeling a little bummed because he has lost 13 pounds and I am stuck at 6. But then I read what Fitchy said and those words brought everything into perspective! Thank you.
