Dr. Rosedale's book is eye-opening, to say the least. Diet is based on correcting and controlling leptin and insulin. Fascinating stuff. Anyone else heard of this quasi-underground plan? My doctor said I can be off all my meds and stay off them in 3 months if I stick to this plan.
