Week 2 of Crack the Fat-Loss Code question
Hi All!
My daughter and I are "slugging" through Week 1 of the Crack the Fat-Loss Code plan. I know that next week we start varying out days between carb-down, baseline, and carb-up. I can't find in the book the carb amounts for carb-up, carb-down, and baseline days. If anyone knows or has done this plan I would sure appreciate your help.:) |
To my knowledge there is no actual "counting" of carbs in week two. I've looked as I think a carb goal would be helpful. I think the moderation occurs if you eat the carbs on her list. If anyone knows any different I would appreciate hearing about it.
