Atkins Induction (minimum of 2 weeks) excludes fruit....but...veggies are included & encouraged from day 1. Fruit is then added back during the 2nd phase of Atkins (OWL - On Going Weight Loss).

I just wanted to add a couple of my favorite links. I'm just starting a primarily paleo diet (the Diet Solution program), but I've been interested in trying a paleo diet for awhile, and have read a bit on it.
this looks very interesting to me. Especially since I am now storing most of my weight in my belly as I get older. I so want to get rid of this. Ive got a long way to go and I know I need to start soon. Thanks for all the interesting information.
