Question About Herbal Tea

Ok, I find drinking plain water really boring...but I LOVE herbal teas...does that count for my 8 glasses of water a day, or does it have to be straight water???

herbal tea counts! It really is just flavored water. I drink lots of herbal tea as well.

i count it as water, i drink a lot of hot teas and count that too.
